Bible Character Isaiah Search
Hebrew 11:13-15; 12:1-3
As we continue our character studies.. The Bible describes those who went before us as a great cloud of witnesses. The book of Hebrew only names a few, but we only actually have 26 weeks of research ahead of us. We will find that everyone that walked by faith did not make it in the final roll call list, just as all of us may not make it. We serve a God that is the same today, yesterday and forever more! Because of that, we should learn from their strength/weakness, serving, worshiping, and walking for God the same today, yesterday and forever more!
Isaiah
1. How would you define Isaiah's leadership position (occupations)? What was the responsibilities of this type of job? Define the moment he received this job or calling.
2. Give the names of the kings that Isaiah served under. How effective was he with each king? Give details.
3. Isaiah delivered some powerful messages to the people from God. Some were judgements and some was hope; did all these promises come to past? Name a few and give details.
4. What were his strengths and accomplishments/weaknesses and mistakes?
5. What life lessons do we get from his life?
